COVID-Era Live Session Solution for the Provincial Assembly of Sindh
We successfully completed a COVID-era live assembly session project for the Provincial Assembly of Sindh. The project was designed to enable official assembly proceedings through a hybrid meeting setup, combining in-house audio/video systems with Zoom Meeting integration for remote participation and live session management.
Our team handled the complete setup, including display installation, camera and AV connectivity, microphone/audio integration, Zoom meeting configuration, live session testing, and on-site technical support during the assembly proceedings.

A professional hybrid communication setup was deployed inside the Provincial Assembly of Sindh to support live assembly sessions during the COVID period. The solution enabled remote participants to join through Zoom while the in-house assembly team could view, hear, and manage live proceedings from the assembly hall.
The setup included display screens, AV cabling, audio integration, camera connectivity, and Zoom-based session configuration. Our team ensured that audio from the microphones, video from the hall, and remote participant feeds were properly connected and tested for smooth live operation.
The completed system enabled the Provincial Assembly of Sindh to conduct live assembly proceedings during the COVID period with remote participation through Zoom Meeting. The setup helped maintain official session continuity while supporting safer communication and reduced physical dependency.
