Milk VFX managing director Will Cohen, TC Soho managing director JP Dash, The Mill managing director Darren O’Kelly and Gorilla managing director Rich Moss will join re-elected directors WB De Lane Lea director of operations Helen Alexander and Artem managing director Mike Kelt in the six available board slots.

They join the four directors who are currently mid-way through their term and were not required to stand for re-election.

The new board will meet for the first time on 28^th June.

UK Screen chief executive Neil Hatton said: “Once again the UK Screen membership have elected a really strong set of directors to the board. I am particularly pleased to see the commercials sector included and also representation from outside of London. I look forward to working with the new board during the next year.”

UK Screen said that one of its first tasks will be to decide whether it needs to co-opt any additional directors in order to ensure a balanced board that represents the diverse interests of our membership.

Gorilla managing director Rich Moss said: “The creative industries have never been more relevant and important, both culturally and economically to Wales, and I look forward to bringing a positive input from a Nations perspective to UK Screen.”

Milk managing director Will Cohen said: “UK Screen does a very important job representing our industry and I’m very happy to be able to take an active role in supporting it.”

TC Soho managing director JP Dash added: “I’m delighted to have been elected to the UK Screen board.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to share the views of a post-production support and content delivery company as well as the voice of an independently run company like TC Soho. I’m looking forward to contributing to the UK Screen mission drawing from my experience from entry level to MD in our industry.”
