Basketball body names evS as technical partner
Belgian manufacturer EVS has been named as a technical partner for the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), which acts as the governing body for the sport.
The accreditation means EVS can use the title Technical Partner of FIBA Equipment and Venue Centre. It follows the introduction of EVS’s Xeebra video refereeing system, allowing basketball referees and offi cials to review in-game incidents from up to 16 different HD camera angles using a touchscreen device.
